Tutta Guarnita & Mt Vesuvius

Avellino’s shapes their dough into a rectangle for their large pizza. We chose a fifty/fifty Tutta Guarnita and Mt Vesuvius. Next time, we’ll probably get two smalls. We enjoyed the fluffy, bubbly edges with cracker-y crisp, airy bubbles.
