With the colors changing, it’s a great time for a road trip!
Wolf Mountain Vineyards produce 2 white wines, 4 rosé & red wines, a demi-sec, a sparkling demi-sec, a Blanc de Blancs Brut, and a Brut Rosé. Wolf Mountain Vineyards claim to be the first Georgia wimemakers to use the traditional French style Méthode Champenoise to produce their sparkling wines. Their Blanc de Blancs Brut takes on a yeasty flavor imparted by aging en tirage (on the yeast) for almost a year. And, their Brut Rosé is made by adding a dose of Claret to add color, complexity and a hint of red berry flavor.
