Greedy Fingers
For two people who normally hate (HATE) breaded fries, we both really enjoyed these. As a matter of fact, we both dipped into the fried potato quarters first. They were super crisp on the outside, lightly dusted with salt and pepper, tender and full of roasted potato flavor on the inside. No adornment needed, these were absolutely perfect as is.
