Oaxaca Tlayuda (With Chorizo & Steak)
The handmade tortilla had crispy charred edges with a smoky appeal. And, that tortilla was covered with avocado, roasted peppers, tomatoes, radishes, steak, chorizo and Mexican cheese. Delicious.
